Salary question— a recruiter reached out with an opportunity and during our initial convo shared the base pay. I let her know of my desired range (which was higher) and she followed up saying the company was pretty set on their original base pay but did I still want to continue the process. I said that we could move forward as I was interested in learning more etc. I’m now in final stages. Is it reasonable to try negotiate higher? Or will they assume I’m already on board w original offer?

So I just passed my CSM exam (Certified Scrum Master). Any tips on other certs that I can take to land a scrum master job? I work along side my scrum master running daily scrum, facilitating ceremonies when he is out, but I don’t have experience in the scrum master job per say. Can I land a job with just that experience? Any advice would be amazing!
