When did your morning sickness start and end? Any tips on what to eat? This is my second and I can’t remember.

Really helped me to wake up an hour before I needed to and have some juice or something sweet. Then I’d go back to sleep for a bit longer. A lot of morning sickness symptoms can be reduced if you don’t have low blood sugar. The days I did that I felt so much better

I was definitely more sick the second time around. It started around week 7-8 and ended in the second trimester maybe week 14 I was finally over it

Same. More sick second pregnancy. Started around week 6-7. Ended around week 14

Started around week 7, I'm seventeen weeks now and still have it.

I remember enjoying cantaloupe, I added some cottage cheese sometimes too.

I loved goldfish crackers and icy lemon water.

Oh and clementines. Citrus I guess was key for me

Citrus was great. Also try just plain bagels. Maybe pasta.

My second was way worse. Started around week 6, didn’t end till week 16.

Started at 7 weeks and ended when I delivered

The first started around 6 weeks and ended around 5 months. I lived on Gatorade, lemonade,
Bread, peanut butter and graham crackers

12+6 and finally able to tolerate vegetables again

I was sick like a dog during my first trimester, worst time ever as I had to deal with hyperemesis and couldn’t get up from bed without throwing up. ER trips, daily nausea, I hated the smell of our apartment... and Zofran didn’t help much! Second trimester, it was so much better... now I am at 35 weeks, and from time to time I get some nausea mainly due to heartburns but nothing like my first trimester 🤦🏻‍♀️

I lost so much weight and couldn’t tolerate any food, especially veggies and fruits... I used to be a heavy drinker and during my pregnancy, I hated it. The only things I could tolerate but still end up throwing up were bland food such as mashed potatoes, plain pasta... oh, I loved Mac and cheese for some reason and chicken noodle soup. I wasn’t cooking at all, as I hated the smell of our kitchen for some reason, my husband helped so much

First five months. Any gummy candies and ice pops. Ginger candy. No spice.

For those interested, TRF is littered with BB58s at (example sellers: Joergen, Kimobebe) or slightly above MSRP with plenty of bumps. At this rate, based on supply, these may start to dip under MSRP before the year’s end.

Hi Nagarrians,

I had an appraisal in January and I wasn't happy with it. So, I raised a ticket. In meeting HR agreed to increase my CTC to the amount I had asked.
But I realised I had asked for less as my other friends have been offered more here and outside nagarro.

Should I raise the ticket again? If yes, what should I say?

I just got my positive pregnancy test yesterday and I'm freaking out. First pregnancy (I'm 32), my husband and I just started trying last month and I didn't expect it would happen so soon! I feel like every time I look something up it's something I can't do (caffeine, exercise, food, etc). How do you ladies manage it all with our careers? I'm just so nervous to be able to make everything work with a baby. Would appreciate any advice!

Tell me whether you would be annoyed by this. Husband found an extra vaccine dose at a grocery store 30 min away by calling around while I was telling our 3 yo a story before bed, then barged in and announced that he was going to go get the vaccine and dashed off! Without asking me if I wanted it? Granted the pharmacist told him he had to hustle and he knows I can’t drive on the highway solo. But still! I feel like a 1 min discussion about who gets it was warranted! Thoughts?? Lol

Does it ever get better? Is it worth it? Question for working moms who have been at it for awhile. Currently have 2 under 3, work remotely, have a nanny, family help and a present partner but still feel overwhelmed. Want to believe it will be worth it one day when I’m able to afford my girls opportunities most cannot by continuing to work. I don’t have a lot of older women to look to as examples that it can be done and it’s worth it. Would love to hear from some here. If you have regrets, cont’d
