Something completely out of the blue has happened to me. I just onboarded with a company on Monday. I accepted the role three weeks ago after interviewing with and considering three other companies—- one of which was FAANG. I never heard back from FAANG and assumed I didn’t get it, until today. They called me and made me an offer. I really, really want to take the job, but I just started with my new company four days ago and on top of it negotiated a higher salary.

What are best practices on framing an exit from a boutique? Is it still possible to get into PE or FAANG?

What is the general timeline for EY perm process. If PWD is filed in May, when can one expect perm approval and then have an approved i140, provided they decide to continue with perm filing.

I’m an ACD with strong concept, strategy and art skills. I’ll loose my job this month because of client losses and budget cuts and will take some time off to relax and learn new skills.
