I had an interview with the recruiter and the same day she followed up to set up time for me to speak with the hiring manager. I spoke to the hiring manager two days later and it went really well. After my call with the hiring manager the recruiter said she would be in touch with me soon about next steps. After a week I checked in and nothing. Should I checkin again or assume I am being ghosted? I assumed I would of at least gotten a rejection since they ensured me that is what they do.

For MBB experienced hire interviews, can I wear a sport coat or do I need to go full suit and tie?

I am completely checked out at my agency. Work has been going downhill for some time as our leadership gets bullied by clients, I am on multiple productions right now all that are boring me to tears and the only free time I have is devoted to applying to other agencies and interviews.

I am really just waiting to see if I get fired or quit first. It’s a standoff between me and the agency. Has anyone else ever felt this way and did you find motivation going to another agency?

For those who’ve interviewed and gotten offers from both MBB and T2, how different is the interview process? Are the cases at MBB significantly more difficult?

As part of interview process, Amazon had requested me to provide my salary expectations. Based on which, I have been told that they will not be able to provide my expectation and is offering my current base as the total compensation for the role.
Should I consider interviewing for the role or should I decline given the recruiter has been upfront that the maximum for the role is lower than my current pay.
