This real estate market is not sustainable. When is the crash?

I have been struggling in my job search trying to get back into my desired industry, entertainment, after having to take a job in real estate during the pandemic. Similar roles just different industry. Despite applying for a variety jobs with different qualification levels, I have not even gotten an interview for any jobs I have applied for over the past six months. Some I even am a top match for based on my LinkedIn skills. I know I can prove myself in a interview. How do I get past this gate?

I'm a newly promoted senior (think less than 6 months). One thing I've come to encounter is I work with several staff that tend to get super anxious easily when they're under pressure or asked about the status of certain projects by me or the managers. Like they usually do good work when given time, but they tend to panic under pressure.

Does anyone know the rules around withdrawing money from a Roth IRA that were converted from a traditional 401k on an after tax basis (not to be confused with a Roth 401k). I have only been able to find info on withdrawing Roth funds converted from a traditional IRA being subject to the 5 year rule. But this would be different since tax was never deferred on the contributions. Anyone ever do this?

NYC, exiting as M1 to industry accounting manager, what should my expected salary be?

I have an offer than will pay me the same base salary but total comp is about 30% more than my current total comp - driven by sign on and performance bonus. It’s a bit of a career shift, different industry and better growth potential. This was after my counter offer so asking for more isn’t an option. Am I crazy for considering to take it, or should base salary not be the main focus?
