I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

My Project is being paused at Deloitte USI and I am being rolled off my project. The current project pipeline looks a bit weak as per a couple of my friends and Managers. If I am on the bench for about a month, what would be the impact toward my possible promotion?
FY23 is my target promotion year. Current Utilization is 106%
I work in the PED/PLM sector. What steps can I take to be staffed. I am kinda new and don't have a strong network. Mostly WFH.
Let me know if any referral for SAP ABAP. 5YOE. Current CTC 6.5. I had cracked the interview back in February and was awaiting offer letter after discussion with HR on CTC. However it never came. I have been a very good performer and believe to be critical to my client at this point of time and I do get recognised for that as well. But from CTC perspective it is not getting any better thus need to make a switch. Joined Infosys as fresher. Any leads would be appreciated. Deloitte USI

If two practitoners at the same level are equally good with client deliverables then manager will look at others areas such as visibility, flexibility etc to further evaluate the overall performance. He will seek feedback from leads as well.
To ensure that one gets the upper hand, try to differentiate yourself by getting good feedback or appreciations from client and share it from time to time. Dont wait till snapshot discussion.
