I have joined a new organisation as senior software engineer, later i found out that i have the lesser YOE among all my peers and juniors. The one who are there at the same designation had 3-4 years more exp than me.
This made me little bit uncomfortable in the project. Like what if i am not able to perform at the same level as other.

My thoughts on Joe's email -
New labour code was supposed to be effective from oct 1, though this date might get pushed by 3 or 6 months. One major change in code was to have 50% basic of overall ctc. This will increase the pf contri and decrease the take home pay.
Most probably, salary structure will be changed in D in the dec cycle stated by Joe U. Actual salary may or may not increase for everyone, lets see 🤔
