I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

Almost done with second weeks in industry. I absolutely LOVE IT! Ive been making a point to reach out to people from different teams via Slack and arrange a quick meet and greet zoom call. Been introducing myself mostly to the heads of each department, head of marketing, head of sales, head of product development. to get a better idea of what everyone does, and asked sales/product for walkthroughs of the products so that I know exactly what we offer as a company

I’ve tried for an hour to get a recorded macro of pivot table reformatting to work (so I don’t have to keep doing all the steps to customize them.). What am I doing wrong? It stops on the second step where it seems to refer to the original pivot table name or active sheet. I even tried using that “universal reference “ button. Help.

Coworker creates "Sheet A" with invoice numbers
I use Monarch to extract invoice #'s and amounts from another report.
I do a pivot table to compile amounts by invoice. I copy those results to "Sheet Z".
I then do an @vlookup on Sheet A referencing Sheet Z (just the invoice # and amount).
It isn't working unless I go to Sheet Z and type over the invoice # (same number)! All invoice #'s are absolute and in the same font & alignment. Workbook has 10 yrs data. Has worked in past!

I’m going through some datasets to match up entity names. Basically I’m just trying to see if one entity name is listed in another spreadsheet. I’ve tried vlookups and matches but the entity names differ a little bit sometimes in the one sheet so they won’t match (extra commas, some words shortened, added inc/llp at the end, etc). Is there anyway to get around this and avoid manually going thru to match?

I would like to create a schedule for all of my clients. Let’s say I have platinum, gold clients etc. What would be the best way for me to schedule a call for them based on their profile of gold or platinum? For example, I would start scheduling a call every month for my top clients, then a call every quarter for other categories… I need to track the data, and make sure employees are calling them… something that would alert my employees to call such clients. Anyone know a quick way to value paste for each tab to another excel file if I have 40 tabs in a file needed to copy. Each tab has many formula in there, but when copy-over I only want them to show hard-coded numbers rather than showing all formulas.
