I am currently working as an entry level claims adjuster. I am just about done with onboarding and I am interested in growing and earning more. I’m relatively young (30) and I want to make a good career for myself. My current salary is 50K and I am curious what growth is available financially. I am interested in fire and theft and SIU, but these are not the only roles I want to try. Does anyone have any idea the salary ranges available as I go further into different roles? My LWD is 9 nov

My supervisor has been including me in WFO roster since August, but neither did I go to office nor I cancelled the roster.
I didn't received call from the supervisor or the HR also to come to office.

Now as my LWD is near so will this create any problem in FNF ?

I gave my interview in Tata Consultancy one month back (May 28th). Now In TCS ibegin portal my status is evaluated. On july 12th Hr told me she initiated offer letter from her side. It needs to go through some approvals and it takes 2 days to time. But it's been a week, yet I haven't received any offer letter. Today I called hr, but she is not answering my calls. Will I receive offer letter ?? How many days it takes??

I had an interview with TCS last Saturday, still no communication from HR regarding my interview status. Did they call and inform us about our candidate status. In the beginning portal there are also no updates. Only in a profile created state.

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

My last working day is October 10th in my current company. And i received offer from TCS on July for hyderabad location. While accepting the offer letter I gave my preferred date of joining as oct 17th. But i haven't got any confirmation on DOJ. HitR is not responding to my emais & not picking calls. What's is the process. Will we get any email for joining date or it will be updated in ibegin. How is it?

If you have joined TCS in last 6 months and aren’t happy with your in hand salary. Can I get a like 😂? TCS seems to have mastered the art of deceiving CTCs. Basic is hardly anything and man that BoB is really confusing.
