We’re pretty much closed as is. Headcount and hiring is frozen until after the new year, I would email them anyhow and follow up after the new year.
I am a recruiter and we are so busy, many are working through the holidays. I would just send it now and be ready for a call either next week (we are open three days) or first week of January. While interviews are paused and hiring decisions are on hold, there is still a lot of movement. If the recruiter is on holiday, they will let you know!
Thank you!! I just emailed them so fingers crossed. As a recruiter, do you expect that I’ve already applied to a job at Google or is it ok to wait? Waiting on a referral from someone currently but was connected to the recruiter separately.
I’d wait until Jan 6-7. We open the 4th and no one will want to do much the first couple of days
