When do you ask for the salary range? Before initial call or during?

I'm currently working as ETL tester @ Infosys, 5Yoe, cctc: 6.5
Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

Hi. Anybody aware about appraisal for those who are on a 3 year contract and not full time employees? I gt to know that there is no bonus for such employees too. Is it true ? How much hike can we expect after completing one year at ey?

Anyone want to talk about what they are expecting as a baseline % bump at the end of the year? I’ll go first, 20% minimum before considering performance which was a mix of exceptional / very exceptional; lol! I have good anecdotal evidence that the market easily supports this.
