Hi,
I have attended the final round of interviews at JP Morgan on 28/06/2022, after that He asked me to submit the job posting by July 1st. On July 4th HR sent an email regarding document processing. HR mentioned we have been identified as one of our shortlisted candidates for this position, a final selection is yet to be made.
Usually how much time it takes to get updates from HR? Should I keep hope on this.
PS: My last working day in my current organization is on 19th July.

Hey folks, need some advise, I finished my loop for a GCP TAM role in early December and the recruiter just got back saying the feedback was positive and I need a call with the hiring manager to ensure alignment. He specifically said it’s a 30 minute conversation and not an interview, can anyone advise on what to expect, should instill treat this as a final interview? I’m assuming they’ll want to know more about my profile and what I’m looking to get from this role but anything beyond that?Google
Have a final partner round case interview at OW in the Life Sciences team, Europe for the SC role. Haven't been able to practise casing due to intense projects. Anyone has any recommendations on what should I focus on as the interview is in a week. So far my conversations with the Partners have been about the fit and the OW vision in Europe and this will be the first case with them. I am super motivated to join the growing team, so dont want to .... up the final round. Oliver Wyman

Hr screening. If they’re not going to be ok with a certain range, I typically won’t even interview so I don’t waste my time or theirs. Unless the opportunity itself is something amazing and I wouldn’t care as much about the salary
I used to wait, and then learned the hard way that not asking up front can lead to hours / days of wasted time
Target vs x%?
HR screen if they are worth their salt. If not, beware.
In my experience, during the the offer call. I expressed a general range early on, then a hard number is put on the table. My call went something like "So you said $x, we're offering $y. How does that sound?" and that's when I countered/had the discussion.
