I completed my first round interview with wipro. I belive I didn't perform well at interview and left interview in middle as my manager in current company ringing phone constantly . But suprisingly after a week I got call from recruiter stating 1st interview is cleared and there is a HR round without any L2 round. And HR round was also done package was decided and recruiter sent some links for bgv and said offer gonna be released in next week. Is this a clean process or should I suspect?

Who has done the coding interview for the Google Cloud Infrastructure Engineer position?
How was it?

Was interviewed last year around October by google for a role at L5 level. Could not reach hiring committee level. In 2017 I was interviewed and could reach hiring committee but could not move any further and could not get selected. Given these two prior attempts, should I expect to get an interview by google anytime in future? How long one has to wait before getting interview from google after not getting selected during an interview process? What is the best way to get internal referrals?

Is it frowned upon to apply to multiple roles at once, especially if they’re within the same group?

Based on hiring freeze would you consider Product Technology Manager (technical solutions consultant ladder) as “critical function” ? I’m done with all my interviews, was told that my rounds were “really positive” and HR would come back to me in 2-3 weeks after completing final rounds of other candidates. Got an offer for non-tech PgM (finance side) in Google Cloud. They told me I'm on the boarder of L5 but decided put me at L4. I also have other competing offers with higher comp than Google's preliminary offer (aka. range shared by my recruiter as comp is still working on the numbers). Thoughts on negotiation?
