When do you hear back regarding interviews if you apply in round 1?

I’m Business Implementation Analyst mainly performing data migration & some part of Analytics. I wanted to transit in Analytics & was able to get few interviews & couldn’t convert due to mix feedback. Some due to my lacking in programming skills. Any advise on how I can transit it as now it’s getting difficult & any help would be grateful. Thanks!

Been asked to do a week’s freelance at an agency, looking to go permanent after. They also want to interview me before the freelance week to fastrack going perm. Is the normal and should I be pleased?

Question…do you think the hiring frenzy resumes on Monday and recruiters will be working hard to get interviews and offers done quick or will most firms still take 3 decades to make decisions? Asking because I am ready to move on to the next chapter

I am going to join the company with 25LPA, but afraid that what if I don't find the company to provide hike on top of 25LPA. How much would be the ask if I like to switch at 10 years? What if I burnout with the high CTCs and would I be able to land in a lesser pay role from the current compensation?

My I-140 was approved a week back and I received an offer from another organization. Should I wait for 6 months before making the switch?
