What will happen when I show up to the US without my vaccine card?

Went to Costa Rica for vacation, which does not require a vaccine card. I am vaccinated, but I left my card back in the USA. It looks like the USA wants to see my vaccine card when I enter the country. I am a US Citizen. This was def my mistake, although it was confusing given the country I visited had no requirements for vaccine cards etc. I do have a photo of my card on my phone.

I just got offered a job with a firm that has billable hour requirements. I’ve never had had billable hours. Is is appropriate to ask what the billable requirements are? I have a good idea from someone I know who works in a different department but want to confirm what they told me. They also provided vacation time of 3-5 weeks. I’m assuming that’s work weeks, but is that appropriate to ask for clarification? I don’t want them to think that’s all I care about, but these are important to me.

Hey habibis expats! The market in Dubai is obscure when it comes to compensation and benefits. I suggest we add clarity by posting salaries, role/position and years of experience here and anything else you want to add such as benefits. I’ll start:

- Industry: tech
- Role: finance manager
- YOE: 5 years
- Comp: 270k aed/year + 5% bonus
- Other benefits: work from Europe/US 1 month/year, 30 vacation days

Base: 100k
Variable: ~125k

$1.2m quota. 3/4 of team is hitting quota. I hit mine in August.

Unlimited PTO. Pretty good benefits.
I work roughly 30-40 hours a week.

4 years sales experience, 8 years total experience.

I have just agreed my new contract which is slightly below average salary rate but I don’t mind as I enjoy the work. However in the past year I’ve contributed a lot and done many overtime hrs every week. So this time I asked for 29 days holidays plus bank holidays. Is this too much to ask? I know this year I’ll end up doing crazy hrs which I don’t mind but in return I just want a longer holiday period.
