when do you supposed b4 FDD groups will start hiring again?

Hey, guys! Need one suggestion. I'm 2022 btech passout from tier 3 college. My current ctc is 5.5 lpa in Harman , working in an automotive devision with a role of devpr(mostly the work is in c++ and linux). I have a average coding skill. Tho, I'm not very good at competitive programming. How to take a switch in big product based company. What are skill sets i need to learn. I'm really confused! Some says learn full stack. I have to increase my pay from 5.5 to atleast 30 in next 3 yr

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. Is it wrong for me to expect either a promotion or to be paid to train this person?

I have an internal transfer offer to FDD but am also interviewing with PWC. Does it make sense to leverage the fact that I already have an offer in my PWC interviews? My thinking is it could be a pro to show one firm already thinks I am a good candidate for FDD coming from audit, but I know my internal transfer salary is way lower than what I would be offered by PWC so don’t want to unintentionally open that can of worms and lowball myself.

I have 2 years experience in FDD, and was just promoted to senior. I was a campus hire, so I have no experience in audit whatsoever. I'm looking for a change of pace, and want to make the jump to A&M. Im curious where my yoe would land me, whether that be in a SA or A position? Ive seen on a few job postings from A&M that for SA it is a minumum 2 years audit, with one year FDD. Im just curious how they would place me considering 2 years FDD but no audit experience.

Is the transition from big4 FDD / TAS -> PE front office more common in Europe than in the states?
