Evenings, I like to sleep every possible minute of the morning.
Neither #ThisIsWhyImFat
20 mins HIIT cardio in the morning and 40 mins strength/weight in evening
Ideally, by 445AM I'm two scoops of preworkout deep
Evenings. I value my sleep too much in the morning
Mornings. It's good "me" time, and leads to better energy/mood/productivity throughout the rest of the day. Plus you get an extra little ego boost from waking up early and crushing a run/workout while a lot of people are still asleep.

Mornings. Less crap to crop up and get in the way (working late, team dinner, etc) and less time for me to talk myself out of it.
I think ab working out all the time. And then remember the days when I had energy and gave a sh**. Now I validate myself that sleep is much better for you.

Anytime...i worked put today at 5 pm and then again from 1215 am to 130 am
Both. HIIT cardio in the morning burns fat like crazy. Lifting in the evening keeps my tummy flat, especially leg day
