When given a PM interview project to complete “as soon as you can”, is it a red flag if you ask a clarification question the day after you receive the project?

I’m convinced that the reason some of these firms are so prestigious is because they have intentionally exclusionary recruitment practices. I used to believe that you had to already be rich to get hired at MBB. Now being on the other side of the recruitment process , I really do feel that it rings true. I hate the way we evaluate candidates and decide on who is “high priority” during coffee chats.

I am so burned out. I’m autistic, and there is so much that I just don’t know is a thing that I then get yelled at for not knowing is a thing. Partners tell me that I’ve got a rep as the go to person in my group for the difficult issues no one else can figure out. But then I get yelled at for being hyper technical or forgetting to enter time or literally everything, and it just feels like I can’t do anything right. I just had the SVP of Product during our company meeting, tell the whole organization that I'm taking on the complete replacement of a legacy application (I can't even impress upon you how herculean this would be). It's an app I'm intimately familiar with. There was no strategy provided explaining "why," it should be replaced and I was not told about this by said SVP or my boss, prior to the meeting.
