I had the same problem. How i overcome it is by *writing or typing whatever I wanna say and present in the meetings and just read it.
Write even the greetings and the pauses between sentences like " hello... Good morning everyone......I'll start with my presentation... " I use a number of dots for how long i should pause..
I did this for two weeks. At first i even wrote " ok...,moving on to the next topic...". And once i got some confidence I removed it and then i removed the greetings and then added only the gist of what I wanted to say.
This method really helped me..and may help you too. Do try..
You will improve over time. And yes I still get a gizz before every presentation but once i start it goes away. I have never done a presentation in person. So I'm still nervous about that.
1. Record yourself speak and analyse what you could improve
2. Get together with a group of 3-4 friends or family. Try 1 min Jam sessions- make chits with random topics. You pick one chit, you get 1 min to prepare and 1 min to speak infront of the audience. Should have intro of topic, your main points ( describe/ for/ against/ explore), conclude. Get feedback or record yourself. Builds these skills: Thinking on your feet, builds confidence on speaking on topics you might not fully a are of, clarity of thought, and structuring points step wise.

Only 1 way to overcome this, underestimate the audience & think like you are explaining something to your juniors. Baaki sabko Ch**** smjho, khudko badhiya samjho , ho jayega sab thik. Pr aapko khudki knowledge badhani padegi, agar kisi ne question puche toh utna answer Krna aaye. Bass👍🏼
- *le me who never gave single presentation yet 🤣
Have the same problem. But I found a workaround. If I don't focus on people, but the content I am presenting, then everything goes smooth.
We introverts are scared of public interaction. But if you assume you are explaining that to yourself and no one else in the room or the other side, you can sail through.
Try it once.
1.Try not to read what is written on the slides and prepare a summary version instead or you can have it in form of bullet points (keep it simple)
2.Try to understand the POV of your audience (seek help from colleagues) and be ready with answers of the most probable questions.
3.Even the best presenters need practice so rehearse well before presenting…. It builds confidence
To avoid any last minute hiccups, write things down so that you can refer while presenting if needed.

Enlightening
I had the same problem and it was terrible. Even in family gatherings it was difficult to speak. I got over this by doing 2 things:
1. Deep breathing 15 mins before I have to speak. This relaxes me a lot and makes me alert as well. The shakiness goes away and I can control my speech better.
2. Start with humour. This makes the audience connect with you and the pressure is reduced after seeing smiles on everyone's faces. Also boosts my confidence so that I can face the situation.
Thanks for the advice
Happens with me too! Few things I learnt
1. Go to therapy, you seem to have a form of social anxiety & a therapist can help with tools & frameworks to help you
2. Practice weekly exercises & presenting. Start with presenting to your family / friends you’re comfortable with
3. Before a meeting, prepare a script & practice it. I did this before giving an induction presentation on my vertical to new joinees & it went off very well.
4. Cut yourself some slack & remember not too be too negative/critical of yourself. Doing so will only further the nervousness
thank you
Try to speak with yourself infront of mirror
Yes it happens when we are novice, over the period you will overcome it. Keep practicing and giving presentations...
Have full knowledge about your presentation, prepare scenarios and practice a lot with frd or siblings. It is art and you can master it, just be good at the topic you are presenting on and be confident. To boost confidence you must understand why you feel under confident and then just tackle that and you'll get your confidence back. No worries it happens to most people. It's good that you want to improve yourself. Great presentations by you in the future for sure. 🎉

I had similar problems in early years. Possible reason is anxiety issues, which can be reduced by training mind not to get stressed. Takes time. Also, don't overthink what others might think about you.
More importantly, take it easy in scrum.
Thanks a lot
Same here
Does anyone commented on ur presentation skills
No, but I can sense it, my normal voice and trembling voice while presenting.
Happens with me too. I have seen that when it's more number of people in the meeting say 15+ or higher management present in the meeting then it happens with me otherwise I am usually fine and I hate this about me.
Exactly

This would be perfect for how to get fired before a presentation
I have problem in forming sentences. I usually form very lengthy sentences to present my thoughts. These having some short notes in hand, but still I form very lengthy sentences. I'm figuring out to overcome this.
