Hi All,
I have around 10 years experience in IT industry, mainly on QA automation. I have experience with PwC and Deloitte in the USA.
My I797 expired, however I have 10 months remaining on initial 6 year period. I’m looking for opportunities in US for getting H1B/L1. I’m open for positions in India initially as well. I’m well versed with Salesforce too. Any suggestions are really appreciated Accenture PwC EY KPMG Capgemini Salesforce
Anyone else hoping for that H1B this year?

Unpopular opinion: the latest changes to H1B visa program are acceptable and ultimately serve a good purpose in the long run.

I think the lawyers ask for it but you can tell them if you don’t have yours- I don’t believe it actually goes into the uscis filing package so you might be fine. As a side note- keep everything!! US immigration is a horror until you get at least a green card or ultimately get citizenship (if you’re interested in that) and they’ll ask you for your entire life history in applications lol

The law firm will ask for it. You should be able to find a soft copy of the approval notice on your company's immigration portal.
