Hey, new to investing looking at initial mistakes I made. I have $1k in VOO, $7k in VT and $4k in VTI in my brokerage acct; in my Roth IRA I have $6k in VT and $7.7k in VTI. I know isn’t an ideal portfolio because many of these funds overlap. However I’m in for the long term and am willing to reposition to a strategy that will do the best over my life. Id appreciate to hear feedback on these 2 accounts and better approaches from others. Thanks!

I love sales and looking to get into tech sales!
I have 7+ years of inside sales experience.
Currently in real estate but want to get into a remote tech sales position.
So far I have tried applying at company pages “career page” but no luck as of yet.
Resume is pretty strong!
Can anyone refer or recommend a recruiter and/or company I should look into?
I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or referrals.
Thanks for reading and have a great week!!!

Help. I’m going to get feedback tomorrow from my new boss (re-org from a couple weeks ago) and it’s not going to be great. Please give me some phrases I can say in the moment to receive this feedback gracefully and in a non-confrontational way, but without necessarily committing to the change he will demand.
