When interviewing at other companies — and you're asked to share examples of your work, how do you go about this without violating any NDA. I have an interview next week with a team at X company, and they'd like to record the interview to share with other members of their team. Any advice?

Super common issue with a pretty straightforward solution. First, never mention a client’s name. Good way to violate confidentially agreements with current employer and clients, and demonstrate poor judgment with prospective employer, jeopardizing your offer. I would question the ethics of and not work with any prospective employer who pressured me to disclose names. Describe your client and your impact, but keep it vague enough so they are not identifiable. Example below: “When working on behalf of a Fortune 250 client in the [health insurance] sector, I managed [5] people on [call center transformation] project. The goals were to [overhaul CX, reduce costs], we measured progress with XYZ metrics, and we encountered challenges along the way (e.g., difficult client, budget problems). I solved the problem with actions X, Y, and Z, and we were successful for these three reasons: X, Y, and Z.”

Just say that you can’t share due to NDA. They’ll understand.

Im no NDA expert, but I'm pretty sure the recording of the interview is extremely odd/abnormal and seems like this can only be used against you instead of for you. White labeling is one thing, but recording is just too far IMO
