Hi! I just graduated college in December and have been working as analyst at a small boutique recruiting firm for less than a year. In the time I have been with the company it has become clear that the team is over worked, stressed, and unhappy. The people I work with are great people and it is a great team but if a whole team is unhappy how effective can we be?
