When you want to kill yourself everyday
When you identify a good exit opportunity for yourself. I'm currently in that boat too, I don't want to look like a hopper on my resume.
Following: I'd like to also know what are some exit opportunities?
Agree on the 6 am flights. My new project has me working early mornings and late nights as well. My Fitbit shows that I average 4 hrs of sleep a night since I started in January. No wonder all my family and friends say I have bags under my eyes.
Entirely depends on your current skills, background and what you're trying to get into. I'm a lvl 9 in TC, but I don't want to do any more tech or IT, so I'm trying to hone my MC/strat skills and use them as a foot in the door for exit opps

A3 - What kind of skills are the most desired to jump ship on another opportunity?
I like tech, I'm in security...but I miss doing actual security work and not doing documentation all day in hopes the sow for the actual interesting work gets signed. Or sometimes Accenture doesn't even do it bc let's face it, consultants are too expensive for pure operational work
I'm also very sick of the 6 am flights...that shit has taken its toll.
