When is it a good idea to seek a wealth management person? I’ll be ~200k total per year, max out 401k and Roth, but not sure if/when the tipping point occurs where hiring a wealth manager is worth paying for.

Was offered a Strategy Consultant role with Accenture (progression point C) for $150k. Asked what the sign-on bonus would be and was told $20k. Is this fair comp? Should I negotiate? Would love to hear from moms whose babies went to daycare / school right after maternity leave (no nanny etc).
