It’s 3:30 am Saturday morning here. I’m up because my midlevel told me to not sleep until we received disclosure schedules from the other side. I’m confused why we i need to do this though. I am a Family Nurse practitioner with years of clinical experience. I als have spent time working in: Quality Assurance for CMS surveys, Post Acute Care and Readmission prevention and teaching BSN programs. I would love to get into consulting in a WFH position. I have been working from home for 2 years and would like to stay home. Any leads would be appreciated.

How do you guys celebrate your bdays? Turning 35, don’t have friends nearby as I have been moving with husband since I was 25. Have a 3yo, so just 3 of us are a tight family. I want to feel good and do something that might be really nice and celebratory. Usually we get a cake and cut it between the three of us. It’s also on Christmas Day which is complex as not many things are open outside and want to celebrate Christmas home with my LO.

Question for the group: right now I’m actively looking for a home with my agent. If I happen to find a home on my own (without his help), should I bring him in (maybe for paper work if it’s hard) or exclude him? Haven’t signed anything with him so more like good faith vs getting stuck.

People with a naturally loud voice, how do you keep it low in regular conversations? PEOPLE THINK THAT I’M YELLING WHEN I’M SPEAKING IN MY NORMAL VOICE, AND PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT. But when I yell, that’s obviously earth shattering. The number of times I’ve told my wife I wasn’t yelling is too high.
