When is salary being Credited for Xoriant Pune?

Hi, anyone working here at Alvarez and Marsal in their dubai offices? Need to understand a bit about their TAG, culture, salaries at different hierarchy and average bonus payout? TIA

Received an offer from Deloitte as a consultant at $115k, $10k sign on bonus, 12% annual bonus. About 6.5 yrs out of college working full time as a consultant since. This is at best a flat move both in role and comp. recruiter said that pay, sign on, and target bonus are max and there is no room to negotiate up…Essentially take it or leave it. Does that sound accurate? Should I ask to come in at senior consultant?

I am starting to consider greener pastures, and saw a job posting on LinkedIn that aligns with what I’m looking for. Is it kosher to reach out to the recruiter and explicitly ask the salary range? I would also explain that I’m mostly just doing research on the industry, and not necessarily interested in the role at this time. The position I’m looking at is quite niche so salary info is hard to come by. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

I have joined Accenture 6 months back, I hate my team, my manager is very demanding and few people are very bad mannered, they treat others especially new comers like very disrespectfully, i cried because of this torture and work load is like working for almost 14 hours, so i resigned, but my higher manager suggest me to change team but asked for time to stay in team, I can't afford to do that...what can I say, should I continue with resign or believe in manager and stay for sometime more URGENT

Thoughts on the PWC announcement today?

Are all MLMs really evil? Obviously the ones like Luluroe and such that you have to buy $$$ merch up front. But are there any that actually work well? I have friends who sell Amway (which I thought was evil), but they legitimately love what they do. And they're not -terribly- sales pushy like other people I've met. Curious if the MLM industry is shifting.

Our general targets are 75% util. Billable or qualified non-billable time. Bonuses will be $1000 per quarter just meeting that. $25/ hr for every billable hour beyond that on top.

I am an elementary art teacher. I am also in the national guard coming off a recent 2 year deployment my marriage is struggling, my school was unsupportive, and my 3 kids are having issues with me leaving. I took to alcohol for about a year it was a bottle of whiskey per day. I've been sober 4 months now but none of the other issues went away and it gets rough. Sometimes it seems like it would be easier to go back or be gone.

Finally pulled the trigger on it. It seemed to work for my healthy hair but for the overly damaged bits it did not seem to work. Also I think the high heat from flat ironing during the procedure put the damaged hairs over the edge. Going to go back to the salon and see if there’s anything they can do. I have a rare (< 20 cases) skin condition near my vulvar area that causes mini bumps that resemble warts almost. I’m depressed. Nothing unique about my depression - I’m in big law, my career defines me, when I’m not working I can’t find the will to get off the couch, I’m sad or I’m numb…I know I’m the only one that can make a change to my life…I’m on antidepressants. Just extremely unmotivated and paralyzed. Self-help books are not for me, but I am curious - has anyone tried a guided depression/anxiety journal? Any recommendations if so?
