When is the annual bonus/variable pay distributed in Novartis and what is the usual percentage of bonus ?

Hi! I have been telepharmacist for over 10 years and trying to gather more information on what is the current pay range for this position. I want to get a sense if I am underpaid. Unfortunately, not many of my colleagues are willing to share their pay. If anybody here can give some information it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Recruiters out there…. I am interviewing for my DREAM job. It’s a 4 step process. I interviewed with the recruiter and it seemed to go well but I’m not sure if I messed up at the salary expectations. After doing a internet search for the job salary I was under the impression it’s was between 87-110k. When I asked if that was accurate I was told no and it’s between 75-87k. I proceeded to say my range is between 85k-90. Did I aim too high ? I’m nervous that I will be out of budget. Help!

Call me a disgruntled employee, but I have seen a sudden decline in the kind of talent Novartis is getting or has been able to retain. The kind of people I see in Novartis or people reaching out to me for a referral over all the digital platforms are for all the wrong reasons. The first question I get asked is "is it a hectic job?" Or "Do we get a good WLB?". And I see this translate into the kind of work some of my colleagues do too. And I see same callous attitude in many of my colleagues.
