When is the appraisal cycle at Optum?
I might receive an offer anytime this week, and if I join Optum in November, will I be eligible for next appraisal?

Herjavec group- 11 L fixed + 1 L VP and exposure to work on IAM tool Sailpoint

Optum - 11.7 L fixed + 1.75 L VP + 50k JB with no exposure to any IAM tool, just basic User access management work
