Hello everyone, I have completed my hr round with HCL on 21- Jan and Hr told that I would be receiving an email regarding bgv but didn't receive any email related to bgv or offer letter. Any idea on how many days will it take to recieve the bgv email.

I resigned without any offer in hand because of a toxic work environment.

I cracked interviews and got selected, but things did not progress during negotiations.

My notice period is ending in 10 days, and recently an HR executive was surprised that I quit without any offers in hand and still don't hold any.

I am blessed to be financially stable enough to do this, but this person got me wondering if I made the right decision from a strategic POV.

Please share your thoughts.

I started a new job a month ago and I hate it! I hate the culture (there is no culture) the way that they communicate (no meetings everything in slack) and the way that they work (alone) It feels pretty much like I am freelancing and I thrive in collaborative environment. I have never felt this isolated in my whole life. It sucks.

As 29 & 30 is weekend and i have to move to my hometown i had already transferred all of my objects as per the discussion with manager.But now he is disappointed and shouting on me as i have decided to submit the asset 1d before. He wants me to be productive on my lwd as well and submit the asset by 1nov. SRSLY?🙄
