When is the best time to apply for full-time positions? I’m graduating in May/taking the bar in July and most attorneys I’ve been networking with are looking for immediate hires.

If you are applying for federal government, start applying now because they take awhile to get back to you. I applied in January/February and got the job in May.

Start applying right now. Some firms will wait on the right candidate. Personality and "fit" play an equally important role as your abilities and credentials

When you tell your manager you are unhappy and they are excited that you are putting your notice and don't try and make any changes b/c the new person/persons they are lining up will just cleanup and make it better.

Then, they get here and you are left to train them on everything you do and your manager keeps saying "I owe you an apology" because they didn't realize how taxing and mind wrecking most processes you handled were... welcome to corporate

Hi, Im interested to know the visa process for Australia on-site opportunity. I have been asked for CV before visa initiation. If anybody is aware of the process, could you please help me understanding the steps of visa process in TCS?
Will the visa be initiated by the management or by employee?
Also Project took management approvals for the on-site position when I joined the project, apart from this is there anything additional that’s required that can be time taking process before actual visa?

Hey! I am a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) working at a private very busy internal medicine practice. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences and am working here during my two gap years before medical school. I feel as though I am being severely underpaid at $18 / hour despite having a bachelor degree in the relevant field and almost 2 years of experience as an MA. Anyone with a B.S. and an MA mind sharing what they are making or anyone have any tips? In FL.

As a sometimes-poster of my watches let me introduce you to a new brand and acquisition called "AERONOM" from Germany.

Saw it as a recommendation and was intrigued and have it now.

Here some details:
- Automatic Movement
- Caliber 8217 with 42 hrs Power reserve
- 41,5 mm dial in a 46 mm case of stainless steel
- date window at 3 o'clock
- black diamond at 12 o'clock
- 24 hrs indicator at 9 o'clock

It's one of 200 produced and even though it's heavy and a 46 mm case is big but nice to wear

Nervous for my annual review. Junior associate at a midsize ID firm. Most of my work is task based and I recently got a few of my own arb level cases (in the last month.) Between COVID and studying for a second bar admission as required by my firm, I did not meet my 2100 requirement for the year. Lots of non billable hours studying and business development, but firm doesn’t count it toward the minimum. Extremely burnt out and anxious. Any suggestions to make this review less awful?
