Hi All, Recently I got an offer with almost 200% hike and company is telling me to join by 28th November. I have put down my paper on 11th October and it comes to only 46 days of Notice period. Rest 12 days I am not serving notice. But my manager is like December 9 is the last working day and they will not do buyout.
