I think my analyst is going to quit. I thought they were crushing the game: great work ethic and product, good attitude and sense of (slightly cynical) humor, one of our best analysts. Turns out all smiles and good attitude wasn’t working for them. Feel terrible about it. One for the analyst, two for our team, three that I had any part in it.
Part of me says suck it up. The other - prevailing - part is super concerned. So, check in on your juniors at a real level. The kids are not okay.

Not a CFP so I’m not truly in the know. That said, if I’m reading this article right, 10/2019 to maintain your CFP, you will have to drop your 7 license if you are dually registered?
