When looking for Associate Program Management roles, all the searches come up as Business Analyst. I’m a systems engineer with 3 YOE so would moving to a business analyst be a step in the wrong direction? I feel like I don’t have enough YOE for a program manager role.

Has anyone given SPS T4 interview recently ? I gave my interview on 2nd November, however I didn't receive any revert yet. Did you receive any update or is the hiring for T4 also on hold? If anyone recently applied, can give some insights on the same.

I had my two or three interviews, got an offer for a role at an university, I accepted and am “ hired” . But they’re still checking references . Does that make sense ? I got a update that one of my references did not work out. I provided two other references that I don’t know if they’ll give great reviews due to them being petty. Is it a high chance that they can take the offer away if I don’t meet the requirements for my references ?
