Total of 12 weeks off fully paid. You can extend it with vacation time or personal days. EY allows you to purchase additional vacation days as well. I know someone that ended up taking off 6 months maternity leave and was paid for the majority of it.

a VC firm reached out for an "intro call." Legit firm doing investments in the space I'm interested in (but not where I currently am in consulting). Does anyone know what to expect on such a call?

Do you believe physical attraction can grow?
I’ve gone one two dates with this guy and had great 4+ hour conversations each time. He is exactly my type except I have no desire to be a physical.
Do I cut him loose now or wait and see if the physical attraction develops?

What is the salary for a Senior HR business partner at a Fortune 500 company with 8 years HR experience, bachelors degree, and SHRM-CP? I got a range for 80-85k. They did offer pension though and 6% 401k match. Seems decent but not sure if I should be asking for more.

How do you find recruiters who are recruiting for private industry FP&A type roles? I am trying to leave PA from FDD as a manager and every single recruiter only seems to have lateral moves to other PA firms. I've had no luck finding recruiters for the types of roles I am applying to, but have not had much luck applying directly to companies either.

Also, is it better to dump a large sum of money at once or put in the money I was putting into my savings every paycheck towards Vanguard. I was doing the prior and would move increments of $5000 of savings to vanguard
