Current pay at Intel- G6
Base + yearly bonus- 25.3L
NVIDIA offer-
Base- 27L (they don't have yearly bonus concept)
Joining bonus- 4L
RSU- 80k USD
Please suggest, is this a good offer?
How much can I expect base and RSU from NVIDIA?

I’m always surprised when people speak to negotiating PTO; would consider that a fixed company amount. Same with 401k, insurance packages etc.
Would expect can request:
A 1st year bonus %’age floor, an out of course base salary review (e.g., 6 months away when you’ve proven yourself), commitment on promotion timeline, a start date that allows you vacation in between roles.
The most meaningful negotiation is on base - rest is just for fun of the back-and-forth, IMHO.
