When people ask me where I’m from and I tell them Russia, after the standard “does everyone drink vodka?” “is it cold in Russia?” there is the “are you a spy?” And it gets awkward because someone from my family was, so I tell them the truth “if I tell you, you might not see tomorrow” and we all laugh... but for different reasons.

Hello everyone, I’m an international student in Canada, I graduated from college and now I’m working a job that is killing me. I get very anxious at my workplace because the work conditions make the job more dangerous, & the workload usually gets my sugar levels either very high or very low (I have T1D).
