Lol that’s just one side of it. The other side is we help client jack up ebitda and sugar coat all issues as they go through IC / Board / financing process, all while getting paid minimum page and getting no meal reimbursement.

The status of my application on the portal has since been updated to “shortlisted” on July 20. I haven’t heard anything about the status of my application other than the updates on the portal. New to FDD world, can someone explain this? Why would you put something debt and debt like items already but still include them on NWC adjustment? I have seen bonus accrual as debt like, then bonus accrual is an adjustment on NWC on a normalized basis. Should this bonus accrual be excluded as standard exclusion under: debt-like? Seems double counting here.

I am graduating MBA in 2 weeks and have two offers on hand, one from Amazon in their Finance Leadership Development Program and another from Marcum LLP for Transaction Advisory Manager.
