Questions to ask during phone interviewer
I completed a Loop for an AWS PgM position and the interview team completed their debrief today. After the debrief, the recruiter reached out to schedule a follow-up call to discuss results without providing much detail. Does this mean I can expect an offer or do recruiters call to communicate the decision regardless of yes/no on moving forward? Amazon
I've recently been contacted by QuantumBlack Switzerland for a Data Engineer role. Does anybody have any feedback about the culture of the company?
From the outside it seems pretty cool, but I would like to read some thoughts.
Also, any suggestion on how to prepare for the interview?
Thanks in advance

Anyone here who works at Robinhood or familiar with their hiring process willing to connect about what they look for in a product management candidate? My SO has director level experience but it is most recently with a startup so recognize he doesn’t have the brand recognition of a larger company. Thanks fish!
Anyone who works at LinkedIn - I’m truly disappointed in your recruiting practice. I interviewed back in November, passed the technical screen and then the recruiter ghosted me. He kept mentioning that he’d find a team for me to continue the final round interview process for but after a while he stopped responding to my follow up emails. I worked extremely hard to prep for the technical screen and to not even hear back is just not okay. I’m truly disappointed. LinkedIn
Hiring freezes or still in final round with other candidates for the same role is my guess. Sit tight and good luck!!
Thank you all. Trying to keep hopes low.
Best of luck! Fingers crossed for you
At my last company, this was usually because we were really busy with our own work that we couldn’t get the team back together or like the last person’s sign off.
Probably just them making sure they can hire more people right now
Yes just remember there is also currently a pandemic going on. It probably won’t, but could take weeks. People could be sick, their family members could be, an approver could be out, pdf of the process could be offshored to where COVID has hit harder. Just sit back and try to relax! We are in unchartered territory in the world now so extending an offer may not be top priority

OP I am going through the exact same thing right now and so is a friend. I think it’s not a coincidence that all of us are, definitely hiring questions due to COVID or the team. If there was a better candidate they would have given them the offer and if there were other interviews they would have expedited them
Thank you C2. What industry are you & your friend looking at?
Hang in there! I waited 3 weeks after onsite and just got an offer. Recruiter said a similar thing.
Congrats B1!!
