Looking for some specific info on Short Term Disability eligibility at EY. I would like to accept an offer, but won’t be eligible for 16-wk parental leave before 1 yr of tenure. This is an important detail for me since I am expecting this year. I have received in email that for parents who have a child *before* 1 year, that they are eligible for STD after 3 mnths at 100% for 6 weeks (+3weeks of approved PTO). is there fine print that pregnancy is a ‘pre-existing condition’ and I’d be denied?

.....two weeks before your last day? Am I missing something?
This question, or variations of it, is asked multiple times per day. Along with “who do I give my notice to?”
I think they are asking if they should wait they get back to give It and be two weeks from then. Honestly. I think you can give your notice during PTO. I would make sure you are “in the office” for a few days. Want to make sure you can square away Any last minute stuff
Milk all the time you can. Use all the PTO and put in your 2 weeks the day you are back.
I agree. 2-week is good but not required. Enjoy your PTO.
