Would you take a manager role when exiting with <2 YOE?
Backstory: I gave a high salary range for a company I was interviewing with and during negotiation they couldn’t hit it at the senior associate band so they offered a manager title instead. I turned it down because I thought it’d be foolish and short sighted to take a role like that so early in my career. Interested in hearing other thoughts and personal experiences!
Thoughts on cyber exit opportunities from B4 to tech or defense firms with 2 years of software security experience and active sec+? Have heard work life balance and hands on experience are more common in industry

I have an offer from a startup. The thing is that they are 3 people in total (engineers) and also not working on tech that’s used in other companies (like Kafka or multithreaded features). They use spring boot (with java) and will improvise as and when their demand grows. Is this something to pursue with 4.2 years of experience?
Has data analytics made psychology and neuroscience completely obsolete or do marketers still rely on human psychology ?
Struggling to decide if I continue working or stay home with my kids. Husband also works full time, and it’s getting tougher to balance all. Can’t work crazy hours & worry it’s up or out in this gig.
Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
I've been "voluntold" to demo an "enrichment lesson" to be filmed and broadcast on our school district tv channel. I'm totally drawing a blank on what to do...what is broadly appealing from US hist?

A google horror story... Lots of data here, but the DE&I data points are around harassment, processing inappropriate behavior at work, & how some large companies may handle issues. Any tips for navigating interviews when the reason I have to leave my firm is sensitive (I.e. legitimately the basis for a discrimination claim)? I am concerned about coming across as a problem or a flight risk, but am also concerned about saying too much about the situation, particularly until I can get out of this toxic work environment.

So I was wondering if anyone who previously ran seminars shifted to webinars, and if so what are you doing to fill up your webinars?
