Any one ever feel so utterly exhausted that you just want to give up and stay home? I sometimes feel I’m living a double life with sleep regressions, mealtimes, doctors appointments that make you feel bad your kid isn’t doing what other kids are yet (walking, teething etc), dealing with office politics, being undervalued, and working with a difficult person at work.

Wondering if any moms experienced this... Baby is one week old and recently started sucking on bottle really fast and breathing heavy while feeding. It’s almost as if he has not eaten in a long time but that’s not the case. He eats every 2-3 hours about 1.5-2oz. Last night he freaked me out about it and I called pediatrician and she mentioned periodic breathing (which is normal) and then suggested giving him nasal spray to help. Have any of you experienced this?..

Currently at Salesforce (relocated from US - UK), been here 6 years. Okta recruiter gave a salary range; the top of range is just slightly above what I'm making now. Looking at the benefits package, Okta falls short so I'd be coming back to her with a number that's around 30-35% > than her top #, to make up for it.

Any tips for having this conversation? I've made the mistake of leaving money on the table before, but don't want to take the piss
