I started out as an Art Director Intern, and in my first week, my CD noticed strong writing skills. I did both for a month, but ended up a Copywriter. 3 years later and now I want to be an AD. ⬇️

After 3 months, internship was extended to 6. Now I'm told everyone has loved working with me but they're not hiring me based on lack of need for another cw. Things HAVE been slow last few weeks.

Hi everyone. I’ve been having so much trouble finding an internship or a full time role. I graduate this May and I’ve unfortunately had All my experience as a bookkeeper while being a Finance major. It’s been definitely had being able to pivot from that and being able to land an interview. Current students - how is your internship search going? Current T15 student here, and things feel way more competitive this cycle. Struck out with MBB and am having difficulty with tech. With the flood of applications companies are receiving this cycle, the HSW / M7 advantage over T15 is more pronounced. MBB only had one round of interviews for certain schools as opposed to the traditional two. Big tech generally seems to be interviewing in batches, starting with M7 schools.

Would you choose LBS 15-month or Insead 10-month course if the 3 month internship at LBS isn’t a differentiating factor for you? Keen to hear anyone’s experiences to better compare 1. Brand value (is INSEAD as recognised outside consulting circles?) 2. Ability to get good job opps outside consulting (eg in tech) 3. School culture 4. Learning experience. 5. I get the feeling that there are some advisory managers that blatantly book every staff member in their office for “just one hour” on “very quick tasks” than blatantly and intentionally immediately dump 20-30 hours of work onto them, so they can get ahead in the musical chairs of finding staff. All to the adverse effect of the practice, staff, and other teams. There’s some people that consistently do this weekly. Kind of unethical.
