When the intern is the first to join a zoom call with the client

Is there any way to switch projects in HSBC(HTI), how easy/tough it will be to asking for release from current project and join any new Internal Vacancy

Need some Advice.. I’m a professional MBA student that was working FT and used an PM internship to transition into the space. I stepped in for an actual PM who was on leave and was doing real work. In august they extended my internship to Nov. Yesterday, They offer me a FT APM role, but it starts July 10 and have to respond by 10/15. Internship still ends in Nov, so no employment for 7 months. I’m not too happy with the offer or the wait. What should I do? I am currently job searching.
