When the senior manager says this should be a 15 minute exercise

Hi y’all! Hope this is the right bowl to post this question and get advice. I am dealing with an employer that preaches our values. The owner states that the values are important to her etc yet my manager violates these values and is involved in unethical behavior frequently. Example 1: My manager has told specialists (resourcers) that she will pay them under the table in order for her (manager) to get full credit vs splitfor the placement and therefore (barely) hit her target for the quarter.

Yesterday my boss scheduled a meeting with me for something he needed help with. He was 15min late & took a phone call from his boss during…10min. This has become a habit. At one point I even stoped scheduling our 1:1’s because he misses them so often but he realized a couple months later & told me to start scheduling them again. I told him they aren’t necessary but he insisted. What do I do? It makes me feel less important/unappreciated. I rather not even schedule to meet. Advice?

Our Digital marketing team is very small: Myself and the Digital Manager. I’m starting to feel that my manager is handing off projects that should be his responsibility and are projects that he doesn’t want/know how to do. I would say my least favorite part of audit is when senior managers change the format of your workpapers to make it more fancy format wise and show you did more work than was needed.. But don't actually do the work documented and then you have to resolve the partner review comments pointing this out 😅 you da real MVP!
