Hi guys, I am having a 1.3 of experience in third party risk management where I am doing third party audits along with recently I did ISO 27001 certification and now planning to switch in any other big 4 in advisory (Cyber risk® | Strategic risk &Compliance) as I am going through with lots of politics due to which my mental peace is gone for that reason I am willing to switch. Please guide me and give some referralsDeloitteKPMGEY

Saturday scaries about having the Sunday scaries...
Yes, after you sign the offer and you make sure the background check came through without issue (even if there shouldn’t be)
Is this a serious question? If so, your new company should be worried.
Shouldn’t be an issue
So I hope that doesn’t cause any issues with hiring on/my offer
Do I ask for a copy of the background check or tell the recruiter about the group name change? Also will they notify me if there are any discrepancies so I can clear up if any?
1. Always ask for a copy of any background check, very rarely will you actually get one if it goes successfully but you’ll want a copy if there are any flags. 2. I wouldn’t mention anything unless it comes up. If you’ve already received an offer pending a background check, the recruiter will most likely give you an opportunity to clear any discrepancies up if they’re flagged. B4 background checks are thorough but they’ll most likely only be able to ask your employer if you’re an employee there and, if so, for how long. I don’t think they’ll get into group names.
