When updating your LinkedIn is it good or bad to specify what “type” of consultant you are in the title? For example - Management consultant, Healthcare consultant, Technology consultant (at x firm), etc. Or just put Consultant (at x firm). I’ve seen both ways and am wondering if one is considered more standard than the other?

I’m trying to transition full time into the Editorial realm, I have some experience, but I’ve had a very hard time getting full time work. So I’ve begun an online certificate program, in hopes it will give me a leg up, as my degree is in a different field. My question is has anyone done the same? And how do they feel it helped? And any other tips on breaking into full time editorial.

I was wondering if anyone in this group is or knows about groups to support attorneys who are/have been suspended and how to handle it with life. Frankly the state bar isn't a good resource and it's starting to impact my career in not practicing the law. I've been working for a non attorney job in my company for years and was recently told my suspension means I'd never get it. Boy that was a blow that triggered depression and anxiety, still there as it's been less than a year week.
