When will get variable pay which is mentioned in offer letter.

I have an offer from pwc for a senior associate role for 6 yoe 22Lpa, I have another offer of 25Lpa.

any suggestions pwc revise offer or match the ctc of another company.

I’m currently doing a five months bootcamp to become a front-end web developer. I would like to move to Berlin in a few months to find an internship (i don’t speak German). Do you think it’s doable and what would be the salary for an internship in Berlin?

I have 2 years agreement for 2lakh if one leaves before completing 2 years. What if a person put papers after completing 1.5 years and then serve three months np . Will he have to give 50k ?? As amount is decreased with Time.

After many years in this business I haven’t been promoted beyond my current title of Senior Art Director. I recently was hired by an agency I respect, but most of my colleagues are considerably younger and outrank me. Has anyone asked for a pay raise for the increased amount of responsibilities that was not originally asked or discussed in job description. It's been over 1yr and I have few certs. I made impact on my team. They value what I bring to them, but workloads increased more than my main role. I think it's fair to ask for a better pay raise. What do you think? Q1. What are the possibilities of getting into Cognizant for the same project as when I left few months back (5 months)? My Cognizant Manager, SA and 9 out of 38 team members (4 out of 13 at my level) have all left after me. Now I wish to go back to Cognizant for same Project.
