My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates. I’m always the one to go to if other recruiters fail to meet client deadlines and cleaning up recruiters mistakes. How do I even handle this to begin with?

When applying for a new job, after you’re asked to provide references, how long does it normally take for them to get back to you with an offer?

I am an RN currently working in an ICU (overall 2 years total RN experience) and completely burned out from bedside nursing and the crappy pay. Anyone having luck with CBP agents entering the i94 for spouses of L1 and E visa holders correctly? Have yet to see E2S or L1AS on an i94, giving the spouse automatic authorization to work. So far, no luck at JFK or MIA airports. Have instructed employees to reach out to deferred inspection sites.
