Went to Costa Rica for vacation, which does not require a vaccine card. I am vaccinated, but I left my card back in the USA. It looks like the USA wants to see my vaccine card when I enter the country. I am a US Citizen. This was def my mistake, although it was confusing given the country I visited had no requirements for vaccine cards etc. I do have a photo of my card on my phone.

Hi. I have very low AMH, 36 years old & never have been pregnant. I have done 2 IVF cycles this year approx 5 months apart. Each time had only 2 eggs retrieved, 1 fertilization each which lead to the embryo reaching blastocyst stages both times & both came back normal after genetic testing 🤍 talk about beating the statistics odds! 🤞🏻 I now have 2 cutie embryos saved. My husband & I would love to have twins and will be speaking to my doctor about the best options. Twins thoughts?

I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.

Please advise what routine should I follow to lose weight and fat? Is jumping rope enough to achieve the target?

My BFF (also former “drinking buddy”, I’ve been sober 5 years now) just called me. She’s off the wagon again - has struggled a ton with her sobriety mostly due to her useless husband - who has left her home alone with her 3 kids again to go to a concert out of state. She is on probation for dwi, she has CPS involved for being out drunk with her kids, she’s been to rehab twice now and is in court ordered outpatient care. she is a hot mess and she’s drunk right now. Idk what to do.

My mom won't wear her Fitbit to bed. She has a pacemaker and has had a fib. We got it for Christmas so we could find out while she's in an episode and not a month later. She read or saw somewhere that it interferes with pacers. I looked it up and it's not a legit concern, but wanted more opinions before I advise.
