But the status is "Proposed" not "Staffed"
What does that signify?

Moreover, the Project Code starts with "temp"

This is weird as well.

Can anyone suggest what does this means?

I’ve worked in Consulting for the past 2.5 years and I’ve loved it! Today is the day where all the horror stories I’ve heard about consulting came true. I worked until 1AM this morning to finish deliverables for a client I’m working on. I’ve had PTO on the books for the past two months and jumped on a flight this morning to enjoy the rest of the week off. I land and my phone buzzes for a fire drill that only I can solve. Should I work for the next 10 hours and fix or say screw it not my problem?

What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? I’m a first year and just learning my role on the team, and recently I was the only associate on a deal and reported directly to the partner. (More in comments)

Is it better/more fulfilling to be on the agency or client side? Why? (I've only been on the agency side so far.)

The Variable Pay Bonus (VPN) is usually credited in August Month's salary (31st August). My question is , if I am on notice during that time , will I get my bonus? Just sold my first property as a realtor! So freaking excited to have joined such an amazing industry.

As realtors, our worst and best friend are the contractors, being friends with the contractor that remodelled a home you are going to sell is a plus because you can know for sure what kind of improvements were made to the house and why; and what kind of things are pending to be improved, that way you can provide real information to the client. You know what they say: a happy client always comes back to you.

Looking to get into a CRE analyst position. I’m in my early 40’s and have been a landlord and doing fox and flips for my own business. I graduated in 2018 and minored in real estate. In striking out in the few interviews I’ve gotten but haven’t had much luck w my resume despite accolades from those that have reviewed it. Wondering if it’s an age thing or maybe being self employed is a turn off. Any suggestions?
